Our Kings Park Facility
Our facility at Kings Park includes:
- 7,000m² of combined yard and factory space
- 16-tonne overhead crane capacity
- 20-ton total single lift capacity
- 12-tonne Franna
- Forklifts, scissor lift and heavy lifting equipment

Surface Preparation and Protective Coating Capability
State Steel Treatment performs abrasive blasting and protective coating application on a wide range of substrate materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, galvanised steel, aluminium, copper and timber. Our workshop includes dedicated steel grit and garnet blast rooms, allowing us to prepare and coat a broad range of components to suit project specifications and coating requirements.

On Site Protective Coating Services
In addition to our workshop capability, we provide on-site protective coating services for industrial and infrastructure assets. We carry out all forms of surface preparation required for protective coating application, including abrasive blasting, high-pressure water cleaning and ultra-high-pressure water blasting, followed by the application of tailored industrial coating systems, corrosion protection solutions and fireproofing where required.
Our on-site team works across pipelines, bridges, structural steel, tanks, pumps, machinery and other infrastructure requiring corrosion protection.
Where blasting and coating is important
SST workshop has both a steel grit and garnet sand blast room, which gives us the capacity to abrasive blast Large Mild steel items in the steel grit room, but also have the capability to sandblast Galvanising, Aluminium and Stainless steel items in our garnet blast room.
